According to a report by ECO, the company intends to increase the number of real estate advisers by 150%, recruiting another 200 professionals. The real estate company also intends to expand to different areas of Greater Lisbon, including the Oeiras area, with the main objective being to increase its market share in Lisbon in the coming years.

“The real estate consultant is a natural entrepreneur, someone very focused on achieving their goals, not only professional, but also personal. These consultants are, fundamentally, people who want to take ownership of their time and their lives, betting on a successful trajectory,” explains Constanza Maya, Head of Expansion and Support at Engel & Völkers Portugal, Spain and Andorra.

“Advisors must also have the soft skills and business knowledge to get the most out of every stock and investment. These are people who have had very successful careers in the past and who at some point decide to start a business and choose to do so with the support of a leading brand in the premium real estate industry,” she said.

“The brand offers future real estate consultants the opportunity to develop their activity in a professional environment, with an extensive network of national and international clients, access to exclusive premium properties in the region, as well as to the central office, located on the Avenida da Liberdade, in Lisbon”.

Currently, Engel & Völkers Lisboa has a network of 80 consultants.
