Dubai, United Arab Emirates: HE Mattar Al Tayer, Chief Executive Officer, Chairman of the Board of the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) and Commissioner General for Infrastructure, Urbanism and Welfare inaugurated the “Golden Cube” center for real estate investor services at the Dubai World Trade Center in the presence of HE Lieutenant General Mohamed Ahmed Al Marri, Director General of the General Directorate of Residence and Foreign Affairs (GDRFA) in Dubai; HE Awad Saghir Al Ketbi, Director General of Dubai Health Authority (DHA); Major General Ahmad Mohamed Rafee, Acting Deputy Commander-in-Chief for Administrative Affairs at Dubai Police; and HE Sultan Butti Bin Mejren, Director General of the Dubai Land Department (DLD). This step consolidates the emirate’s vision to provide an exceptional experience for property investors and to strengthen its regional and global leadership in attracting property investment.

The Cube is an integrated station to provide all services to investors, from eight government and private entities, through a short and smooth journey without the need to visit multiple entities in different locations. This is to ensure customer satisfaction by reducing customer effort and time, cementing Dubai’s position as a preferred destination to live and work, promoting efforts to attract foreign capital and encouraging direct investment and indirect in support of the economy of the emirate.

Al Tayer said: Today, we are happy to inaugurate the “Golden Cube” center in Dubai, confirming the success of this initiative in providing the related services in a smooth and flexible manner, which improves the integration of services among the various government entities in the emirate, in line with the vision of thought leadership to support the efficiency and performance of the government’s institutional work, and provides a fast, reliable and sustainable service environment that would build investor confidence and customers.

The Cube Center is one of the initiatives of the property development and investment management sector of DLD, which has worked to make it a milestone in the journey of the real estate investor in Dubai. It grants investors a residence visa for three or five years, renewable, or the golden visa according to specific conditions and procedures.

The center includes the following entities: DLD, Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism, GDRFA – Dubai, Dubai Police, DHA, a housing department trustee, a health insurance company and one local banks in the United Arab Emirates.

Golden Cube is the third center of its kind in Dubai, along with the Cube Center at DLD headquarters and the Tamleek Cube center in Jebel Ali. The Golden Cube center will provide its services at the following times: 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
