The RE/MAX team in Nottingham are in the lead

A trio of veteran realtor teams maintained their hold on the top three spots in IBJ’s All-Star Team Rankings, with Dennis Nottingham’s Indy Home Pros team in first place. The RE/MAX Advanced Realty team achieved a sales volume of $341,522,210 in 2020-2021 out of 1,588 transactions.

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Indiana Realty’s Dick Richwine Group took second place with $271,430,680 in 2020-21 sales from 684 transactions.

The Deck team led by Mike Deck, also of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Indiana Realty, maintained its No. 3 ranking for the third year, selling $257,819,148 over the two-year period and closing 411 transactions.•

Salazar tops list for 4th year

Jennil Salazar switched agencies to Compass Indiana LLC, but retained the top IBJ All-Star solo agent spot for the fourth consecutive year. Salazar had sales of $130,383,012 in 2020-21 and closed 167 deals.

Drew Schroeder of eXp Realty LLC took second place with sales volume of $64,164,852 over the two-year period for 145 transactions.

Compass Indiana LLC’s Andy Sheets retained his #3 agent spot with 115 trades for total volume of $55,888,544 in 2020-21.•
